Chancellor Kimberly Lund serves the 19th Judicial District of Tennessee with a steadfast commitment to fairness, integrity, and compassion. A career attorney and public servant, Kimberly has dedicated her life to protecting children, supporting families, and ensuring justice is applied with both wisdom and empathy.

A graduate of Michigan State University College of Law in 2003, Chancellor Lund was admitted to the Tennessee Bar later that year and to the Kentucky Bar in 2004. She began her legal career in private practice at the Kennedy Law Firm, gaining valuable experience representing clients across a range of civil matters. She then joined the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services as Assistant General Counsel, where she worked to safeguard the welfare of Tennessee’s children. Her dedication to justice led her to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, where she served as a field agent for Robertson and Montgomery Counties.

For the next 18 years, Kimberly served in the Office of the District Attorney, where she focused on prosecuting violent crimes and crimes against children. Her work in the courtroom brought justice to victims and their families and strengthened her belief that the law should always serve the people with compassion and clarity. Because of her years of service and unwavering professionalism, she was appointed as Chancellor of Tennessee’s 19th Judicial District by Governor Bill Lee in October of 2024.

Now as Chancellor, Kimberly continues that mission of presiding over matters that affect families, businesses, and the broader community with the same care and diligence that have defined her entire career. She believes Chancery Court provides a unique opportunity to apply the law in ways that strengthen families and protect the vulnerable, ensuring every voice is heard and every case receives thoughtful consideration.

Beyond the bench, Chancellor Lund remains deeply involved in her community. She has delivered professional presentations for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, the Clarksville Police Department, and the Association of Professionals Solving Child Abuse (APSAC). She is a member of the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce, a participant in Leadership Robertson County, and an active supporter of the Robertson County Historical Society and Montgomery County Customs House. Chancellor Lund is also engaged in civic and political organizations including the Robertson County Republican Party, Montgomery County Republican Women, Red River Republican Women, and the Robertson County Kiwanis Club.

Chancellor Lund resides in Robertson County with her family. Guided by her deep respect for the law and her lifelong commitment to justice, she continues to serve the people of the 19th Judicial District with integrity, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to doing what is right.
